Circles and buddies

A tiny group with the same goal as you, a shared streak, and a buddy who notices when you skip a day.

A circle is a handful of people working on the same thing as you. You can see each other's minutes and streaks, you can nudge each other, and once there are three of you the chat opens.

Pick your goal

Glow Up, Purpose, Connection, Abundance, Calm and Inner Work. Tap the one that fits, peek inside, and join.

Join

  1. Go to the Circles tab.
  2. Tap a goal.
  3. Tap Join. That is it, you are in.

Get a buddy

A buddy is one person matched to you in your goal. Tap Find a buddy and the app pairs you up. Feeling shy? Go anonymous. With Pro you can also invite a specific friend by their @.

Make your own circle

With Pro you can start a circle with your own name and cover, invite friends by their @, and fill it up to ten people.

Name it, dress it, bring your besties.

Inside

The avatars along the top get a tick when that person has listened today. Under them, everyone's minutes and streak, a shared circle streak, and the day's little leaderboard. You can rename the circle or pick a new cover from the menu.

Nudge

Someone has not listened yet? Tap their avatar and send a nudge. The lines are already written and always kind. Nudge the whole circle at once and it skips anyone who already showed up.

Then

Once there are three of you, chat opens. And with Pro you can host a listening party or a watch party right there in the circle.
